Thirty years ago, Hotel Bora Bora built the first over-the-water bungalows on stilts over the lagoon and today, over-water bungalows are a standard feature of most Bora Bora resorts. Bora Bora’s lagoon is its most treasured feature, and allows the traveler many opportunities to experience it in a variety of ways: windsurf, jetski, scuba dive, snorkel, swim, bask in its warmth, windsurfing, waterskiing, jetboarding, kitesurfing. The place is also full of adventure like 4×4 safari, fishing cruise, parasailing, hiking and climbing.
