There is a ‘buzz’ going on in one of the most visited places on Earth, a major tourist hub in the World. It is the Dubai Shopping Festival 2016 or DSF for short. Yep! You heard right, a shopping festival that is a month long experience of pure bliss, beauty and lots of shopping. This culture started back in February 1996 and since has become an international event people around the World look forward to. 

The DSF attracts not just shoppers but Celebrities as well who grace the occasion and perform. Picture the ‘Rio Carnival’ only this time you get to shop till you drop. Now am sure so many people are curious as to what they can do in Dubai for a whole month, we’ll get there later on in this post. At the Shopping Festival you can buy stuff at very competitive prices; from electronics to cars, jewelries to clothes, carpets and household stuff. The icing on this piece of cake are the raffle draws where people can win attractive prizes like high-end luxury cars and heaps of gold each day. I guess you are trying to make reservations for yourself. lol! 

The DSF is a perfect getaway for your family to indulge in fun and adventurous activities. There are desert safaris, water sport activities, cruises, balloon rides and a whole lot of fun things. This is one price for many things.

For your experience to be exciting you need to plan an itinerary of places and things you can do considering how long you want to stay for. ·         Parks – Amidst all the shopping frenzy you will want to relax your legs in one of the greenest parks to bond with nature.

·         World famous attractions e.g the dance of water and light at the Dubai Fountain, Fortress of luxury, Wild Wadi etc

·         Dhow Cruise – Experience Dubai at night ‘a spectacle show of lights’. An evening you will cherish for a long time.
